  • RETAINED SEARCH - You hire Pharmaceutical Recruiters to manage the search process for you. We give these assignments top priority and guarantee qualified applicants will be presented. This option is appropriate in sensitive situations in which confidentiality is paramount and when a specific expertise is required.
  • STEP BY STEP - We will handle, on an hourly basis, only those aspects of the search you choose to delegate, such as: screening resumes, background checks, or preliminary candidate selection.
